ROK Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it intends to proceed with a financing consisting of units of the Company (each a “Unit“) at a price of $0.065 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000 (the “Offering“). Each Unit will consist of a common share in the capital of the Company (each, a “Common Share“) and will include one common share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant“), with each Warrant exercisable at a price of CDN$0.15 to purchase one Common Share for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of issuance.
