ROK Resources Announces Private Placement Financing

March 18, 2021

ROK Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it intends to proceed with a financing consisting of units of the Company (“Units“), with each Unit consisting of one common share in the capital of the Company (each a “Common Share“) and one half of one common share purchase warrant (each full warrant, a “Warrant“) at a price of $0.20 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $2,200,000 (the “Offering“). Each Warrant will be exercisable for one Common Share at an exercise price of $0.35 per Warrant for a period of 2 years.
