ROK Resources Announces Closing of Private Placement Financing

November 9, 2020

ROK Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced financing consisting of units of the Company (each a “Unit“) at a price of $0.20 per Unit for total gross proceeds of $1,392,000 (the “Offering“). Each Unit consisted of a common share in the capital of the Company (each, a “Common Share“) and included one half of one common share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant“), with each Warrant exercisable at a price of $0.30 to purchase one Common Share for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of issuance, such that the Warrants will expire on November 9, 2022.
