ROK Resources Inc. announces that, pursuant to its previous news release dated August 28, 2020, it intends to amend the terms of its private placement financing to add warrants such that the financing will now consist of units of the Company, with each Unit consisting of one common share in the capital of the Company and one half of one common share purchase warrant at a price of $0.20 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000
